Description
André Clouet Brut Millésime Champagne by André Clouet is a liquid marvel that comes from the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy. This champagne is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes, a combination that reflects the tradition and excellence of the Montagne de Reims region.
Winemaking
Its elaboration is meticulous and unique: after fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this champagne is aged in rhymes for 4 years, a detail that gives it a distinctive personality and an incomparable taste.
Taste
It stands out for its nuances of toasted notes, offering a differentiating and more vertical profile. It is a champagne that, although perfect for drinking now, if you wait a couple of years it will show its full potential. Its flavour is powerful, direct and intense, with a lively acidity and high concentration. The fine tannins on the intense, long finish show plenty of pressure, and the champagne arrives youthfully agile, exceptionally classy.
