The 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavières wafts from the glass with aromas of raspberries, orange rind, peonies, sweet spices and wintergreen. Medium to full-bodied, ample and perfumed, it’s an elegantly fleshy, layered wine framed by fine, powdery tannins.
