The white 2017 Mi Verdadejo was produced with grapes from an ungrafted Verdejo plot on sand and gravel soils. It fermented and matured in French oak barrels where the wine aged with lees for eight months. It’s creamy and spicy, with a clean and intense palate, nicely balanced and with a salty touch in the finish. It has character and complexity, a great expression of the austerity of the place. 1,256 bottles were filled in July 2019. The price has not yet been set.

Mi Verdadejo is a wine that comes from old vineyards not replanted in sand and gravel soil. They are believed to be around 100 years old.
It is made following the Burgundy style, with slow, direct pressing and fermentation in French barrels for eight months, ageing on the lees.
