The creamy white 2021 Albillo Mayor, from small plots in the village, fermented in concrete and 600-liter oak barrels and matured with the lees for seven months. It has good ripeness and development of aromas and flavors, with 13.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.15 denoting lots of freshness from a cooler year. It’s serious and balanced, with notes of white flowers and a round palate, juicy and tasty with a clean and focused finish. 2,880 bottles and 380 magnums produced. It was bottled in July 2022.
