Description
Beier wine comes from the Can Perdiu vineyard, located west of Palou. It is believed to be the only remaining vineyard in Catalonia.
It is a project that was born from the hands of Pep Pou, Pilar Rosell and Oriol Artigas, in the mountainous mountain range to the north of the Alella territory, with the intention of giving recognition to the wine legacy of the Vallés Oriental Norte or Baix Montseny.
Elaboration
It is made from hand-picked grapes, macerated in whole bunches for approximately two weeks and then pressed in the tank. It is then fermented with wild yeast and aged on the lees for 10 months before being bottled unclassified, without filtering or the addition of SO2.
Taste
A fairly young white wine , a little robust and moderately aromatic, with a particularity in its variety due to the type of soil where the fruit is grown.
Its fruity flavour leaves a pleasant sensation on the palate, and its special maturation makes it an excellent choice to accompany white meats, fish, risottos, pasta and seafood, Iberian cured meats.
A wine that does not go unnoticed.
So now you know, you can’t miss this little wonder that leaves no one indifferent.
