Description
Erre Punto Tinto is a young wine of the D.O.Ca. elaborated with the carbonic maceration process in the Remírez de Ganuza winery. It is a red wine from Rioja, whose selection contains Viura, Tempranillo, Malvasia and Garnacha.
Winemaking
The wine is harvested in 12 kg boxes by hand. Before fermentation, the temperature is kept between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius in specially prepared cold rooms for 24 hours.
Later, on the table, the shoulders and tips of the grapes are separated.
Finally, the carbonic maceration method is used to make this wine from the tips.
Taste
It is a very fruity wine with lactic hints. It is a wine with very little acidity and perfect for the spring season.

For this carbonic maceration red wine, only the tips of the clusters previously selected for the Remírez de Ganuza reserves are used.
