There is a new bottling of the youngish (12 years?) Manzanilla Pasada that was offered with number 70 in magnum, the NV La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 103 Mágnum, which is again released exclusively in magnum bottles. I found a lot of biological notes in here, very spicy, with notes of curry that transported me to the Jura, with a light and fresh palate, really delicious and easy to drink, with complexity and depth. It’s a vibrant wine, alive and kicking. There are 1,000 magnums. It was bottled in March 2021.
