The NV Single Cask Fino de Jerez has marked aromas of yeasts and sesame seeds, very different from the one from El Puerto. There are more notes of flowers and white fruit in this wine, which used to feed the Fino Jarana second criadera that has not been refreshed in the last four years. The palate is quite fine, like the flor has worked and sharpened the wine intensely. But at the same time it has volume that somehow makes me think of a white from the Côte de Beaune. Only 480 half-liter bottles were filled in March 2017.
