Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
The skin-contact white 2021 Brisat was produced exclusively with Garnacha Blanca (no more Macabeo) from organically farmed vineyards. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was bottled unoaked after six months in vat. They want to preserve the freshness and the primary aromas, and this is light, with 11.5% alcohol. The wine is fresh and fruit driven, with very good freshness, very clean and with some varietal character. 6,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2022.
