Description
Ve d’Avoir Un Poc de Tot is a wine produced by Cati Ribot and oenologist Charlie Prymaka, which is defined as a young and light red wine, product of the processing of Syrah grapes from the Balearic Islands.
It is made using artisanal techniques that guarantee naturalness in the processing of the fruit, ensuring that the flavour and aroma are not altered by the addition of chemicals.
It is a red wine that denotes subtlety in its flavour and texture, as well as freshness and great quality, capable of captivating the most demanding palates in the wine world.
Winemaking
The production of Ve d’Avior Un Poc de Tot wine begins with the cultivation of the Syrah grape, ensuring that both this phase and the processing of the fruit at its optimum state of ripeness are carried out using organic techniques.
The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring that the fruit arrives in ideal conditions to be pressed and the must extracted, preserving the natural flavour and texture.
The liquid then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel barrels, using the fruit’s own yeasts. Finally, it is bottled without filtering or adding any type of sulphites.
Taste
The Ve d’Avior Un Poc de Tot wine is presented in light red attire, denoting the blend of white and red varieties. As for its flavour, you will be able to taste the lightness of a low-alcoholic wine.
A free-flowing wine with a bit of everything
The Ve d’Avior Un Poc de Tot wine is so called because of the variety of grapes used in its production. It is an excellent alternative to combine with various cured meats.
